SUNSHINE TREE COMMUNITY ASSOC, INC.

The Sunshine Tree subdivision was developed in three phases in the early to mid 1980's by Cassidy. Sunshine Tree Community Association organized in 2002 "To Promote a Sense of Community through Group Action for the Betterment of the Neighborhood". Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month, 7:00 P.M., at 1019, Nancy Bass' residence. All residents are welcome.

 The Sunshine Tree Community Association, Inc. is grateful to the hard work of Jessie Harris and Glen Minnich for our entranceway.  Notice the great signage!  Now we won't have to say, "Across from Stonebridge" when we are directing our visitors!

The community pet registry is constantly being updated as new residents move in. If your pet(s) has not been registered with Nancy Bass (1019) please consider providing a picture, pet name and other pertinent information. Forms can be obtained from Nancy. Your cooperation can help to identify your pet should your pet get loose or in the event of a major natural disaster.

RECAP OF NOVEMBER 8, 2008 COOKOUT & MEETING OF SUNSHINE TREE

Beautification Committee congratulated for good work on entrance.

Your association will be sponsoring a Yard Sale in early spring.

REMINDER:  When you fish in the ponds located on the Storage Center property, please do not throw plastic bags, fishing weights, etc. into the pond.  It is harmful to the ducks as well as looking "trashy".     

Nominating Committee was appointed.  Serving as chairman - Sam Gowan.  Other members included Rema Perno and Sharon Minnich.  They will report at the December meeting of the Association.

HUGE THANK YOU TO SCHARLENE AND RON PAUL OF THE STORAGE CENTER.  They furnished everything for the cookout.  Thanks to all who brought delicious side dishes.  The pictures speak for themselves as to how much the food was enjoyed by all!
